As the rotary club as grown over the last few years with people seeking a breather and sanctuary from the recession I believe, I have come to notice that it might be a good idea to set up some kind of online network. Perhaps even employing some kind of Content Delivery Network or server hosted network for us to dip in and out of when we need to.
This would enable us to keep in contact with the different clubs over the country and even, perhaps the world over with enough thought. It would certainly make meets and events a lot easier to organise and I would be happy to put the initial legwork into this to organise the thing. I just need to see how many people are actually interested in the first place.
If you could all give me an estimated number of who in your individual club would perhaps be interested in joiing something of a network then I can perhaps get a measure of interest and subsequent demand.
